Raynet is a Czech tool, so it is in Czech. The price of the license includes support Mon-Fri 8am-4pm by phone, chat or email. Raynet offers dozens of native connections to Czech applications.
Pipedrive is available in Czech and 21 other languages from 2020. Support is Mon-Fri 8am-6pm via phone, chat or email. Pipedrive offers an email marketing and project management module within its system, and over 400 native connections to global applications on its marketplace. For the Czech market there is also a 5th fall address for email communication of marketers.
Automation and AI
Raynet offers automation directly in CRM. It is possible to automate business processes. It offers 50 runs of automation in the basic price, more have to be purchased. Raynet AI can generate a summary of client history and suggest next steps.
